About me
Restful Springs Coaching was inspired by a journey of learning to hear God, going through Identity work, and actively listening to others. As I received my Identity and learned to hear God communicate, it sparked a deep longing to lead others into this space to receive for themselves. I worked through mindset, generational baggage, and everyday stressful relationships, discovering how to REST in God and lean on Jesus, yet still tucked into the shadow of the Almighty even while soaring above stressful situations. Our Lord is faithful to sustain, causing SPRINGS of Living Water to flow from us, and cause growth.

I coach from an Identity-centric framework, helping you work past mindsets, coping mechanisms, and generational hang-ups as you discover the unique name and characteristics that God put in you. I enjoy the non-directive coaching space for the opportunity it provides, partnering with you to gain invaluable growth in areas where you want to take action.
